Founded in 2021 in Sunrise, Florida, ClearlySafe builds camera and monitoring systems for the properties South Florida actually runs on — communities, job sites, lots, and warehouses.
Why we started.
ClearlySafe started in 2021 inside HDSS with a simple observation: most properties weren’t short on cameras — they were short on anyone actually watching them, and long on confusing quotes for hardware they didn’t need.
Meanwhile the technology had moved. Solar power, LTE, cloud recording, and AI detection made it possible to watch a whole property — live, around the clock — for less than a single overnight guard. Most installers just weren’t offering it.
So we built the company we would have wanted to hire: newer tools, plain-language quotes, and one local team that designs, installs, and stands behind every system.
